Ingredients for 4 persons:

• 1.1 lbs whole-meal flour (in USA for example flour called “WONDRA instant”)
• 1 straight teaspoon salt
• 1 or 2 eggs
• 1.6 cup milk
• 7 ounces baguette, white bread rolls or white-bread (can be like 6 slices of bread)
• 1/8 teaspoon baking powder

Czech ingredients can be bought at http://www.slovczechvar.com/ if neccessary.

Procedure

• Mix flour with baking powder
• Mix eggs, milk and salt together, pour it into the flour with powder
• Work dough until smooth and not sticky
• Dust it with little bit flour, cover it with a towel and let it rest for 1-2 hours
• Add bread cubes to batter and mix well
• Make a loafs (2 x 8 inches) with hand dipped in flour
• Cook in boiling water for 20-30 minutes; in half of time, turn it around
